Our sensor measures magnetic fields in a compact chip. As our Software Engineer, you will turn those measurements into a product people can use.
This is an exciting role that cuts across disciplines: you will take our embedded firmware as your starting point and build the software layer above it, from signal interpretation and magnetic map matching through to the interfaces customers use to connect our sensor to their systems. You will help define our software product lines and closely understand what our customers need.

Deteqt is building a chip-scale quantum magnetic field sensor developed to power physical AI. Our devices measure magnetic fields in compact, scalable systems built for real-world deployment. We are a Sydney-based, Main Sequence-backed early stage startup moving from prototype to product.
